In this full-time, on-site role at our prestigious Red Sea location, you will be responsible for upholding the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across all hotel spaces. Your expertise will ensure that every detail—from meticulously prepared guest rooms to immaculate public areas—contributes to the exceptional experience our guests expect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing comprehensive cleaning protocols to maintain the hotel’s luxurious appearance, including guest rooms, suites, and public spaces.
• Anticipating and addressing guest needs with professionalism and discretion, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.
• Preparing and managing supply carts with precision to guarantee all necessary amenities are readily available for both staff and guests.
• Adhering to strict quality standards and company policies to preserve the integrity of our brand’s reputation for excellence.
• Performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) independently, often for extended periods.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and guest-centric service delivery.
