In this full-time, non-management position, you will uphold the prestigious reputation of Ritz-Carlton by ensuring every corner of our hotel—from guest rooms to public spaces—exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing meticulous cleaning protocols to maintain immaculate standards in all areas of the hotel, including rooms, corridors, and public lounges.
• Anticipating and addressing guest needs with professionalism and discretion, ensuring a seamless and delightful stay.
• Preparing and managing cleaning carts with precision, stocking supplies, and organizing tools to streamline operations.
• Performing a wide range of housekeeping tasks, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and maintaining hygiene in high-traffic areas.
• Adhering to strict quality control measures to guarantee consistency and excellence in every detail.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and a cohesive guest experience.

This role demands physical agility, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. You will be required to stand, walk, and perform tasks involving lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) independently.
