• Lead performance analytics by preparing detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, leveraging your expertise to develop mitigation strategies that safeguard project objectives and stakeholder interests.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop junior project control professionals, fostering a high-performing team that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
• Present strategic insights to senior management, offering recommendations that align project performance with broader business objectives.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, complemented by an unwavering commitment to professional growth.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in project controls or project management, with a proven track record in the engineering and construction sector. Experience in large-scale, high-stakes projects is highly valued.
• Proficient mastery of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software, with the ability to leverage technology for enhanced project visibility and control.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to dissect complex challenges and devise innovative solutions that drive project success.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior leadership.
• A deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and emerging trends, ensuring your strategies remain cutting-edge and aligned with industry advancements.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a history of managing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
