As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless execution of mechanical construction activities, from conceptualization to completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Project Oversight and Compliance: Supervise and monitor all mechanical construction activities across every phase of the project, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, mechanical codes, industry standards, and stringent safety regulations.
• Technical Review and Validation: Conduct thorough reviews of mechanical design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to guarantee alignment with approved project requirements.
• Site Inspections and Quality Assurance: Perform regular site inspections to verify that mechanical installations—including HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical services—are executed in accordance with the approved designs and project standards.
• Collaborative Leadership: Act as a technical liaison between contractors, consultants, project managers, and stakeholders, fostering seamless communication and coordination to drive project success.
• System Commissioning and Troubleshooting: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems while providing expert technical guidance to resolve any onsite challenges that may arise.
• Quality Control and Documentation: Implement robust quality control procedures and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including inspection reports, progress reports, and other critical deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support project teams in achieving project schedules, quality objectives, and operational excellence by coordinating onsite activities and ensuring efficient project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and engineering projects.
• Proven expertise in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations, with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Specialized knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical building services, including their design, installation, and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with mechanical codes, standards, quality control protocols, and safety regulations, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest benchmarks.
• Experience reviewing and validating technical documentation, including design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals, to mitigate risks and ensure project integrity.
• Exceptional coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to navigate complex project environments with confidence and clarity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment, where adaptability, problem-solving, and resilience are paramount.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software, ensuring seamless integration into our digital workflows.
