Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Contract Leadership: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with JASARA’s strategic goals and operational needs.
• Negotiation & Drafting: Lead high-stakes contract negotiations, draft comprehensive agreements, and refine terms to optimize risk mitigation and value delivery.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct rigorous contract reviews to identify legal, financial, and operational risks, providing actionable insights to mitigate exposure.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between internal teams (project managers, finance, legal) and external partners, fostering clear communication and alignment.
• Dispute Resolution & Performance Monitoring: Resolve contractual disputes with diplomacy and expertise, while continuously tracking performance against KPIs and contractual milestones.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on contract performance, compliance trends, and risk exposure to inform strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of contract law, FIDIC contracts, and industry-standard procurement practices.
• Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional ability to negotiate complex agreements and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
