• Clinical Assessment & Decision-Making: Evaluate patient conditions with clinical expertise, prioritizing care under the guidance of senior medical personnel while adhering to established protocols.
• Advanced Medical Interventions: Perform critical procedures such as CPR, automated external defibrillation (AED), hemorrhage control, and spinal injury prevention to ensure patient stability during transport.
• Patient Mobility & Transport: Safely lift, move, and transport patients to medical facilities while maintaining their dignity and comfort throughout the journey.
• Continuous Monitoring & Stabilization: Assess and monitor patient vitals and conditions in real-time, adjusting care plans as needed to optimize outcomes during transit.
• Emergency Vehicle Operations: Operate ambulances with professionalism, ensuring timely and safe arrival at emergency scenes and medical destinations.
• Equipment & Inventory Management: Maintain a meticulous inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are functional, well-stocked, and ready for immediate use.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Uphold the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and operational efficiency to guarantee reliability in critical situations.
• Public & Family Support: Provide reassurance and guidance to patients’ families and the public during emotionally charged incidents, fostering trust and professionalism.
• Patient & Family Education: Deliver clear, compassionate communication to educate patients and their families on post-emergency care and preventive measures.
