Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• First-Line Technical Support: Provide comprehensive IT assistance via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits to resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues promptly and professionally.
• System and Device Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IT peripherals while ensuring optimal performance and security.
• User Account and Access Administration: Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions within Microsoft 365, including support for critical applications such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Network and Connectivity Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi, to ensure uninterrupted access for all users.
• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with IT setup and access provisioning for new hires and manage offboarding processes to maintain data security and compliance.
• Escalation and Collaboration: Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams while maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the process.
• IT Asset and Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets and technical documentation to support inventory, compliance, and future planning.
• Security Compliance and Incident Reporting: Ensure adherence to IT security policies and promptly report any security incidents to mitigate risks.
• Specialized System Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP phone systems (Grandstream), CCTV systems (Hikvision), and biometric/fingerprint systems (ZKTeco).
• Endpoint Security Management: Deploy, monitor, and manage endpoint protection solutions such as ESET to safeguard against cyber threats.
• User Training and Best Practices: Conduct training sessions and promote IT best practices to empower employees with the knowledge to leverage technology effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving acumen, and a customer-centric mindset. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, technical support, or help desk roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications, with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Hardware and Software Proficiency: Practical experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals, along with familiarity with IT asset management and user administration.
• Specialized Systems Knowledge: Experience with or exposure to IP telephony (Grandstream), CCTV (Hikvision), biometric systems (ZKTeco), and endpoint security solutions (e.g., ESET) is highly advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with strong communication and customer service abilities. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
• Adaptability: Ability to provide both on-site and remote IT support, ensuring flexibility and reliability in delivering solutions.
