About the Role

As a Technical Consulting Specialist – Zoho, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing customized Zoho-based solutions that align with our clients’ strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver seamless, scalable, and high-performance applications across Zoho’s suite of products. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span across multiple critical areas, ensuring end-to-end solution delivery:

• Zoho Solutions Architecture & Development
  - Architect and develop customized Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Books, to address unique business challenges.
  - Utilize Deluge scripting, workflow automation, blueprints, and custom modules to create tailored solutions that enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
  - Design robust data models and process flows that align with business requirements while ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
  - Implement and deploy Zoho solutions following best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry standards.
• System Integration & API Management
  - Lead the integration of Zoho applications with third-party systems, APIs, and internal platforms to enable real-time data synchronization and interoperability.
  - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange between Zoho and external systems.
  - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all integrated environments, mitigating risks and optimizing performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation
  - Act as a technical advisor to clients and internal teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable Zoho-based solutions.
  - Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  - Provide proactive technical support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
  - Deliver training sessions and workshops to empower clients and internal teams with the knowledge to leverage Zoho solutions effectively.
• Quality Assurance & Testing
  - Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solution functionality and performance.
  - Conduct thorough sandbox environment testing to identify and resolve issues prior to production deployment, ensuring a smooth transition.
  - Enforce security and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
• Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management
  - Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  - Document custom integrations, workflows, and scripting logic to facilitate future maintenance, scalability, and knowledge transfer.
  - Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices repositories to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
