Ensure all submissions adhere to legal, regulatory, and technical requirements, providing well-documented comments and issuing licenses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Qualification and Certification: Develop and enforce procedures for qualifying service centers and fuel stations, issuing certification documents in compliance with applicable laws, standards, and organizational guidelines.
• Revenue and Financial Management: Oversee the collection of financial considerations for licenses and permits, collaborating closely with the General Department of Accounts Monitoring to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and financial policies.
• License Renewal and Termination: Create and manage systems for handling license renewal and termination requests, including proactive notifications to licensees regarding approaching expiration dates and facilitating renewal procedures.
• Technical and Administrative Support: Develop procedures for managing license amendments and provide technical input on requests, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and third-party agreements. Contribute to the review and analysis of permits and licenses, recommending actions for renewal, cancellation, or withdrawal based on legal and regulatory standards.
• Company Qualification and Approval: Support the qualification process for companies seeking to engage in fuel station activities, ensuring they meet all necessary criteria for operational approval.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Establish mechanisms for approving the use of licensee facilities by other licensees under commercial agreements, providing technical input and resolving disputes in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitoring and Communication: Monitor the validity and expiration schedules of licenses, maintaining continuous communication with licensees to initiate timely renewal procedures in collaboration with the General Department for Company Monitoring.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Uphold organizational work controls, cybersecurity policies, and unit-specific procedures to ensure operational integrity and data security.
• Adaptive Task Management: Execute additional tasks as assigned by direct supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational goals.
