The Tendering Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing our bid success rate by leveraging both technical and commercial expertise. Key Responsibilities

As a Tendering Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Opportunity Identification: Actively monitor and analyze emerging tender opportunities within NUPCO and the broader healthcare sector to ensure we capitalize on high-potential bids.
• End-to-End Tender Management: Oversee the complete tender process, from initial opportunity assessment through submission, clarification requests, evaluation, award, and post-award follow-up to ensure seamless execution.
• Document Review and Compliance: Thoroughly review tender documents, requirements, and specifications to ensure full compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. Verify deadlines and submission criteria to mitigate risks.
• Collaborative Bid Development: Coordinate with internal teams—including Sales, Finance, Operations, and technical specialists—as well as international suppliers to develop robust, competitive submissions that align with client needs.
• Document Preparation and Organization: Compile and organize all necessary tender documentation, including pricing documentation, guarantees, certificates, and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain an organized database of active, submitted, awarded, and lost tenders, providing regular performance reports to management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners, fostering collaboration to ensure alignment on bid strategies and execution.
• Post-Award Follow-Up: Monitor award processes, purchase orders, and contract fulfillment to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing compliance.

Requirements

To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Saudi Nationality: Must be a Saudi Arabian citizen.
• NUPCO Tender Expertise: Mandatory experience in managing NUPCO tenders, with a deep understanding of government procurement processes in the healthcare sector.
• Healthcare Sector Knowledge: Preferred experience in medical devices, healthcare solutions, pharmaceuticals, or related industries to ensure alignment with industry-specific requirements.
• Government Procurement Acumen: Strong familiarity with Saudi government tendering frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage complex documentation and deadlines efficiently.
• Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Communication Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
