Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services, addressing complex conditions such as aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, language delays, and swallowing disorders. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with patient goals and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with nursing, allied health professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. Act as a clinical advocate, providing expert recommendations for admission, discharge planning, and ongoing support within the home environment.
• Service Development: Lead initiatives to enhance the visibility and accessibility of our speech therapy services. Engage with referrers, patients, and the broader community to promote awareness and drive business growth while upholding the highest standards of care.
• Quality and Innovation: Contribute to our Quality and Audit Programs, evaluating clinical practices to ensure safety, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency. Participate in accreditation processes and quality management activities to continuously improve service delivery.
• Education and Mentorship: Play an active role in staff development, leading educational activities and contributing to hospital-wide programs. Help shape policies, competencies, and training initiatives that elevate the professional standards of our team.

Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in this role, you will bring a robust blend of academic credentials, certifications, and hands-on experience:

• Education: A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related field.
• Certifications: Valid license or registration to practice from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Familiarity with KSA Health Regulations is essential.
• International Accreditation: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in international accreditation processes.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering high-impact speech and language therapy services.
