• Automate with Precision: Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that accelerate deployments while minimizing human error and operational overhead.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Lead the implementation and management of Docker and Kubernetes environments, ensuring seamless application deployment and scaling.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar platforms to provision and manage infrastructure programmatically, promoting consistency and repeatability.
• Cloud and Hybrid Environments: Manage and optimize cloud-based (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring cost-efficiency, performance, and security.
• Monitoring, Observability, and Security: Implement and maintain advanced monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (ELK) solutions to provide real-time insights into system health and performance. Enforce DevSecOps practices to embed security at every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Incident Response and Continuous Improvement: Participate in incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational resilience.

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a **Senior DevOps Engineer** with a proven track record of excellence in infrastructure engineering and automation. Your qualifications should include:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field, complemented by **5+ years of hands-on experience** in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure management, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
• **Expertise in CI/CD Pipelines:** Deep knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, with a strong ability to design and optimize end-to-end automation workflows.
• **Mastery of Containerization and Orchestration:** Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster management, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• **Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Expertise:** Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to provision and manage infrastructure through code, ensuring version control and reproducibility.
• **Cloud Platform Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including architecture design, cost optimization, and security compliance.
• **Linux and Scripting Skills:** Strong command of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) to automate repetitive tasks and resolve complex issues.
• **Version Control and Collaboration:** Familiarity with Git and source-control workflows, along with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across diverse technical teams.
• **Security and Reliability Focus:** Knowledge of monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and DevSecOps practices to ensure infrastructure security and high availability.
