Key Responsibilities:

As our Clerk, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Data Management and Documentation: Utilize computer systems and point-of-sale tools to input, retrieve, and verify information with precision. Handle a variety of documents, including attachments and appendices, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all administrative tasks.

• Communication and Collaboration: Leverage digital platforms, email, and secure messaging systems to exchange information efficiently with colleagues. Maintain clear, professional communication—both written and verbal—while adhering to company protocols for phone etiquette and correspondence.

• Guest Engagement and Service Excellence: Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating and fulfilling their needs with a keen eye for detail. Provide support to individuals with disabilities and ensure all interactions reflect our commitment to inclusivity and exceptional service.

• Operational Efficiency and Safety: Uphold all company safety policies and procedures, promptly reporting any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions to management. Complete mandatory safety training and certifications to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

• Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, reduce costs, and elevate operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, including dress code and professional appearance, to reflect our brand’s commitment to excellence.

• Physical Demands: Perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, or walking, as well as the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) independently.

• Additional Responsibilities: Execute any other duties assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
