As a Heart of House Specialist at EDITION, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, supporting multiple departments—including culinary, food and beverage, and laundry—to maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Your responsibilities will span a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Laundry and Linens Management: Ensuring all guest linens, towels, and uniforms are meticulously cleaned, pressed, and ready for use, reflecting the refined aesthetic and luxury standards of EDITION.
• Dishwashing and Kitchen Support: Operating and maintaining high-end kitchen equipment, such as industrial dishwashers, sinks, and laundry machines, to guarantee hygiene and functionality in our culinary spaces.
• Logistics and Transportation: Efficiently transporting clean linens, dishes, and supplies throughout the hotel to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine checks and minor repairs on cleaning and laundry equipment to prevent downtime and uphold operational efficiency.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Assisting various teams—from housekeeping to culinary—to maintain the seamless flow of services that define the EDITION experience.
