In this full-time role based at our prestigious location in Ummahat Island, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for delivering seamless guest experiences while upholding rigorous maintenance protocols. Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a comprehensive range of duties, including:

• Guest-Centric Maintenance: Respond promptly and professionally to guest repair requests, addressing maintenance issues with urgency and discretion. Act as the first point of contact to resolve concerns, ensuring guests receive timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of all pool equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct thorough visual assessments to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Operational Excellence: Operate and manage all shut-off valves and equipment with precision, adhering to strict safety and operational protocols. Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed to minimize downtime.
• Documentation and Accountability: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, unresolved issues, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless handover during shift changes. Uphold transparency and accountability in all operational processes.
• Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, security procedures, and environmental regulations. Report any hazards, accidents, or injuries immediately and complete mandatory safety training and certifications. Handle flammable materials with the utmost care and responsibility.
• Guest Engagement and Service: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and addressing them with grace. Provide assistance to guests with disabilities and ensure all interactions reflect the brand’s commitment to inclusivity and excellence. Deliver genuine appreciation and personalized attention to enhance the guest experience.
• Team Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Communicate effectively, listen actively, and contribute to a collaborative environment where teamwork drives success.
• Physical Demands: Perform a variety of physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders with ease, and execute movements such as bending, twisting, and reaching to maintain facility standards.
• Adaptability: Remain open to additional responsibilities as requested by supervisors to support the continuous improvement of our facilities and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

While we value a diverse range of experiences, the following qualifications will strengthen your candidacy:

• Education: A degree or diploma from a technical, trade, or vocational school, demonstrating a foundation in maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience in pool maintenance, facility operations, or a similar technical role, where you have honed your problem-solving and operational skills.
• Certifications: While not mandatory, relevant certifications in pool maintenance, safety protocols, or equipment operation will be advantageous.
