Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates for various roles across YASREF’s operations. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify top talent.
• Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to assess cultural fit and technical competencies.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Implement data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and metrics.
• Employee Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the organization. Develop and maintain onboarding programs that align with YASREF’s values and operational needs.
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to support HR and leadership decision-making. Utilize HRIS tools to monitor hiring trends and forecast future talent needs.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and cross-functional teams to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Act as a strategic partner in driving organizational growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function, preferably in an industrial or energy sector environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with industry-specific tools is advantageous.
