In this full-time, on-site role at **Ummahat Island, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia**, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all technical systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will span preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to stringent operational standards—all while upholding the iconic St. Regis legacy of elegance and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client-Centric Maintenance: Act as the primary point of contact for guest and operational maintenance requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure uninterrupted service excellence.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and visual assessments of tools, equipment, and machinery to prevent downtime and extend operational lifespan.
• Emergency & Operational Readiness: Identify, locate, and operate critical shut-off valves; document incomplete maintenance tasks during shift transitions to ensure continuity.
• Inventory & Procurement Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, request replacement parts or supplies as needed, and ensure compliance with inventory protocols.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, report hazards or incidents immediately, complete mandatory safety training, and store flammable materials per regulatory standards.
• Professional Presentation & Guest Engagement: Present a polished, uniformed appearance at all times, embodying the St. Regis standard of refined hospitality. Assist guests with accessibility needs and deliver warm, personalized service.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest operational and quality standards, collaborating with colleagues to foster a culture of teamwork and shared success.
• Physical Demands: Perform tasks requiring lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to **23 kg (50 lbs)** autonomously. Navigate stairs, service access points, and ladders while executing bending, kneeling, and reaching motions as required.
• Adaptability: Execute additional duties as assigned by management to support operational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma from a technical, vocational, or professional training institution, reflecting specialized engineering or maintenance expertise.
• Experience: Minimum of **2 years** in a related technical or maintenance role, with a proven track record of reliability and problem-solving.
• Certifications: Valid driver’s license (essential for site mobility and equipment transport).
