Qualifications & Experience

• 6-7 years of experience in corporate finance, financing funds, structured finance, debt financing, private credit, or a related discipline, with a preference for candidates who have worked within a **CMA-licensed investment company, financing firm, or asset manager**.
• Proven expertise in fund structuring, transaction execution, and due diligence processes, with a strong foundation in financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.
