We are seeking a highly skilled CAFM Engineer to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This dynamic role merges technical expertise in Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) with strategic urban planning to optimize infrastructure development, ensuring seamless integration of smart systems into modern cityscapes. Key Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Design and deploy advanced CAFM systems to streamline facility management operations, enhancing efficiency and sustainability in urban planning projects.
• Collaborate closely with PMO teams to ensure CAFM data aligns with urban development goals, bridging technical solutions with project execution.
• Leverage spatial data analytics to generate actionable insights for smart city initiatives, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for CAFM processes, ensuring clarity and compliance with international and local standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including architects, planners, and project managers, to optimize facility utilization and resource allocation.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to guarantee adherence to urban planning regulations, including Saudi Arabian building codes and Riyadh municipal requirements.
• Conduct rigorous system testing and quality assurance to validate CAFM applications, ensuring data integrity and performance excellence.
• Provide technical training and support to team members, fostering proficiency in CAFM tools and methodologies.
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance facility management systems, aligning with smart city technologies and sustainable practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this position, you will bring:

• Proven expertise in CAFM software platforms, such as AutoCAD FM, Archibus, or IBM TRIRIGA, with a track record of successful implementation and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of urban planning principles and facility management best practices, with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in GIS systems and spatial data analysis, enabling you to derive meaningful insights for urban development strategies.
• Experience in PMO environments, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes, municipal regulations, and international standards, ensuring compliance in all project deliverables.
• Exceptional analytical and data modeling skills, with the ability to optimize systems for performance and scalability.
• Experience in system implementation, testing, and user training, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success of CAFM solutions.
• Proficiency in database management and data visualization tools, enabling you to present complex information accessibly to stakeholders.
