Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Planning, or Market Research, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Proven expertise in conducting market, competitor, consumer, and trend research, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to derive actionable insights.
• Experience in developing or supporting end-to-end marketing plans and campaigns, from strategy to execution.
• A deep understanding of product positioning, target audience segmentation, and value proposition development, with a keen eye for consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into strategic marketing recommendations.
• Experience in luxury, perfume, coffee, beauty, lifestyle, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries is highly preferred, though adaptability to new sectors is a plus.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to craft compelling narratives and collaborate effectively with global teams.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in collaborative environments to deliver cohesive campaign strategies.
