In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, governance, and delivery of cutting-edge, secure, and scalable cloud solutions across leading public cloud platforms, enabling our organization to achieve seamless enterprise transformation. As a Senior Officer, Delivery, you will define cloud architecture strategies, lead migration and modernization initiatives, and establish robust cloud foundations that empower DevOps practices—ensuring reliable, automated, and secure service delivery while aligning with both business and technological objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic, operational, and collaborative activities, ensuring end-to-end cloud excellence:

• Cloud Architecture & Design: Architect and implement end-to-end cloud solutions for enterprise workloads and cloud-native applications across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Leverage industry-leading best practices to design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures that align with business goals.
• Migration & Modernization Leadership: Lead large-scale cloud migration and modernization projects, employing structured frameworks and best practices to transition legacy systems while minimizing disruption. Define and execute strategies such as rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, rebuilding, and replacing, tailored to technical and business requirements.
• Cloud Governance & Operations: Establish and enforce cloud landing zones that adhere to governance, security, compliance, and operational standards. Ensure operational readiness through proactive monitoring, logging, observability, disaster recovery planning, and reliability best practices.
• Infrastructure Automation & DevOps: Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools, fostering automation and consistency. Drive the adoption of DevOps and platform engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and release automation, to accelerate delivery while maintaining security and compliance.
• Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Develop cloud architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives and long-term technology roadmaps. Evaluate cloud solutions to recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective designs that enhance business agility and innovation.
• Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide visionary technical leadership across cloud migration and transformation projects, guiding teams toward best-in-class solutions. Partner closely with Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated, high-performance cloud environments.
• Customer & Vendor Engagement: Support pre-sales initiatives by conducting architecture workshops, developing solution designs, and contributing to technical proposals. Engage with internal stakeholders and cloud service providers to ensure technical solutions align seamlessly with business requirements.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: Ensure all cloud architectures comply with organizational governance policies, security protocols, and regulatory frameworks. Embed identity and access management (IAM), security controls, and resilience principles into every design to mitigate risks and enhance trust.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this demanding yet rewarding role, you must bring a proven track record of leadership and technical mastery:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications are a plus.
• Certifications: Mandatory certifications include:
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect certification (preferred)
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate (preferred)
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD) (preferred)
• Additional DevOps or cloud engineering certifications are highly advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, cloud consulting, infrastructure engineering, or related fields, with a strong focus on:
• Leading enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, OCI)
• Proven experience with DevOps practices, IaC (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD implementation
• Collaborative leadership in cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions
