As a key member of our support and operations team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of SAP Ariba in a live production environment while continuously improving procurement operations. Key Responsibilities

In this role, your expertise will be critical in the following areas:

• End-to-End SAP Ariba Support: Provide **Level 2 and Level 3 support** for SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Incident and Problem Management: Lead the resolution of incidents, service requests, and complex problems through structured ticketing tools, adhering to strict SLAs and KPIs. Conduct thorough **root cause analysis (RCA)** to prevent recurring issues and implement proactive measures.
• System Stability and Performance: Monitor system health, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration challenges, particularly with **SAP ERP and S/4HANA** via **CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)**.
• Master Data and Process Optimization: Support **master data management** for suppliers, catalogs, and user access while assisting business teams with training, troubleshooting, and process guidance to ensure seamless adoption.
• Change and Enhancement Management: Evaluate and manage change requests, implementing minor enhancements to align SAP Ariba with evolving business needs while maintaining system stability.
• Knowledge and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation, including knowledge bases, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and issue logs, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, business analysts, and procurement specialists—to ensure end-to-end process efficiency and innovation.

• **3–8+ years of hands-on experience** in SAP Ariba, with a focus on **support or implementation** projects.
• In-depth knowledge of **Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes**, including:
• Ariba Buying & Invoicing – End-to-end procurement workflows and invoice processing.
• Ariba Sourcing & Contracts – Strategic sourcing, tender management, and contract lifecycle management.
• Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) – Supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and risk management.
• Ariba Network – Supplier collaboration and catalog management.
• Experience with **SAP integrations**, including **CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), IDoc, and APIs**, particularly with **SAP ERP (ECC) and S/4HANA**.
• Familiarity with **ticketing tools** such as ServiceNow or Jira for efficient incident and request management.
• A strong grasp of **SLAs, incident prioritization, and support methodologies** to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Exceptional **analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and propose scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
