As the Store Manager for the Dyson Boutique in Jeddah, you will lead a high-performance team to deliver unparalleled guest experiences while driving commercial excellence. Your Impact

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Elevate Guest Experience: Implement cutting-edge customer experience (CX) initiatives to foster loyalty, engagement, and long-term relationships, ensuring every interaction reflects the Dyson legacy of innovation and elegance.
• Lead a High-Performance Team: Drive succession planning, talent development, and coaching to cultivate a skilled, motivated workforce aligned with Chalhoub Group’s values and operational excellence.
• Optimize Omnichannel Sales: Seamlessly integrate in-store and digital experiences to maximize revenue, sell-through rates, and full-price performance while leveraging data-driven insights.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including visual merchandising (VM), adherence to retail standards, staff scheduling, and commission management, while maintaining alignment with back-office operations.
• Drive Commercial Growth: Set and exceed revenue targets by enhancing sell-through, promoting loyalty programs (such as MUSE), and ensuring real-time support for concessions and click-and-collect services within service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable feedback, identify best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies that enhance both performance and guest satisfaction.
