Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes, procedures, and documentation to uphold the highest standards of excellence across all operational areas.
• Overseeing internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections, to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance with global quality benchmarks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to integrate quality controls into every phase of project execution and manufacturing.
• Driving root-cause analysis for quality deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues and enhance operational efficiency.
• Fostering a quality-focused culture by training and mentoring teams, promoting best practices, and encouraging employee engagement in quality initiatives.
• Ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations, while aligning with Siemens Energy’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to track progress, identify trends, and report insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

While we value individual contributions, the following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a significant advantage.
• Proven 8+ years of experience in quality management, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors, with a strong track record of leading quality initiatives in high-stakes environments.
• Deep knowledge of international quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, as well as regulatory requirements relevant to the energy industry.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to identifying quality risks and implementing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate quality policies, conduct training, and represent Siemens Energy in internal and external engagements.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, as well as quality management software (e.g., MasterControl, EtQ ReliaQuality) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable due to the location in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
