Your Role: Crafting Memorable Luxury Experiences

As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group, you will be the architect of exceptional guest experiences while driving sales excellence and operational efficiency. This dynamic role demands a blend of strategic insight, customer-centric passion, and operational precision to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

• Deliver Unparalleled Guest Experiences: Engage guests with personalized service, ensuring their journey from discovery to purchase is seamless and memorable. Your expertise will elevate the brand experience, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
• Drive Sales and Omnichannel Engagement: Achieve individual and collective sales targets by leveraging an omnichannel approach, nurturing client relationships across digital and physical touchpoints. Provide insightful pre-buying feedback to guide guests toward their ideal selections.
• Leverage Data for Strategic Insights: Analyze customer behavior, track top-selling and slow-moving products, and contribute actionable intelligence to business reviews. Your findings will shape inventory decisions, promotions, and overall store performance.
• Enhance Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Engagement: Drive employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive culture. Actively participate in CX projects and provide candid feedback on what resonates—and what needs improvement—within the store environment.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Adhere to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a polished, high-performing retail environment. Oversee click-and-collect operations within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Promote Loyalty and Digital Engagement: Actively promote our MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on app features to enhance guest retention. Stay informed about brand social media campaigns to amplify our digital presence and engagement.
• Support Marketing and Activation Initiatives: Collaborate on in-store marketing events and activations, ensuring they align with brand objectives and guest expectations. Your role extends beyond sales—you’ll be a key contributor to creating immersive, brand-aligned experiences.

What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking a detail-oriented, guest-focused professional with:

• 2+ years of experience in retail, with a preference for fashion or luxury sectors. Your background should reflect a passion for customer service, sales, and operational excellence.
• A keen eye for trends and an ability to anticipate guest needs. Your intuition for style and luxury will help you curate exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building rapport with both guests and colleagues.
• Technical proficiency with CRM and digital tools. Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Adaptability and a customer-obsessed mindset. You embrace challenges as opportunities to innovate and exceed expectations.
