You will be responsible for coordinating facility maintenance, asset tracking, and resource allocation to support the studio’s diverse range of projects, from blockbuster films to high-profile commercial productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio’s facilities, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements. This includes coordinating maintenance schedules, managing repairs, and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.
• Asset Tracking and Inventory: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all studio assets, including equipment, props, and production materials. Utilize advanced asset management systems to track usage, condition, and availability, ensuring optimal resource utilization across all projects.
• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with production teams to allocate studio resources efficiently, balancing demand with availability to support timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Budget and Cost Control: Develop and monitor budgets for facility maintenance, asset acquisitions, and operational expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with financial policies and guidelines.
