In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security protocols, access control systems, and overall safety measures within our film studio premises. Key Responsibilities:

• Access Control Management: Implement and monitor access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas of the studio. Collaborate with security teams to enforce strict entry and exit protocols.
• Security Coordination: Work closely with internal security teams to develop and enforce comprehensive security policies tailored to the unique needs of a film studio environment. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Emergency Preparedness: Lead the development and execution of emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, crisis management, and coordination with local emergency services.
• Visitor and Vendor Management: Facilitate secure access for visitors, vendors, and production teams while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with studio regulations.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all local, national, and international security standards and regulations. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, access violations, and operational insights for management review.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions for staff and contractors on security protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices for maintaining a safe studio environment.
• Technical Support: Stay updated on the latest security technologies and systems, recommending upgrades or enhancements to improve overall security infrastructure.
