Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Work hand-in-hand with CrowdStrike’s channel teams to identify, evaluate, and nurture high-potential partners in the South African and UAE markets, fostering long-term relationships that drive mutual success. Develop and execute partner engagement strategies that align with CrowdStrike’s global vision while addressing regional market dynamics.
• Solution Architecture & Innovation: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof cybersecurity architectures tailored to partners’ and customers’ needs. Leverage CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform to deliver end-to-end solutions that address complex security challenges, from threat detection to incident response and compliance.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Lead GTM initiatives, including PoCs, pilot programs, and customer success stories, to demonstrate the tangible ROI of CrowdStrike’s solutions. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all channels.
• Technical & Business Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and customers, providing deep technical insights, competitive differentiation, and strategic guidance. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to position CrowdStrike as the premier choice for cybersecurity.
• Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs for partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to successfully deploy and market CrowdStrike solutions. Mentor partners on best practices in security operations, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, gaps, and competitive threats. Provide actionable insights to shape CrowdStrike’s channel strategy, ensuring we remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with:

• A strong background in cybersecurity, solutions architecture, or channel management, with a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable security solutions.
• Deep expertise in CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform, including threat detection, endpoint protection, and incident response, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing deployments.
• Experience working with partners, distributors, or resellers in a channel-focused environment, with a focus on driving adoption, training, and success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with regional cybersecurity regulations in South Africa and the UAE, including compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or local data protection laws.
• Remote collaboration experience, with a self-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.
