Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in project engineering, particularly within the energy or industrial sectors.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of energy systems, power generation technologies, and industrial automation, including experience with Siemens products, systems, or solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data, assess risks, and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
