As an **Estimation Engineer – Mechanical** within our **Mechanical Department**, you will report directly to the **Mechanical Section Head** and play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, data-driven cost estimates for mechanical projects. Your expertise will ensure financial viability, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction—key pillars of our organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on developing, refining, and validating cost estimates for mechanical systems, equipment, and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure alignment between technical specifications and financial feasibility. Additionally, you will:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements, material costs, labor expenses, and logistical considerations to produce precise and competitive estimates.
• Leverage industry-standard estimation tools and methodologies to optimize cost structures and identify potential savings opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bid submissions, and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client-specific guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze cost trends within the mechanical sector to anticipate market fluctuations and mitigate financial risks.
• Provide expert guidance to project teams on cost-control strategies and resource allocation to enhance project profitability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of estimation processes, historical data, and project outcomes for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are seeking a **highly qualified Estimation Engineer** with the following credentials and experience:

• Education: A **Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering** from an accredited institution, with a strong academic foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and project management.
• Experience: **6 to 9 years** of hands-on experience in **cost estimation**, with a specialized focus on **mechanical systems** within **EPC or contractor companies**. Consultancy experience will not be considered for this role.
• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the **construction sector**, particularly in environments where mechanical engineering intersects with large-scale infrastructure development. Familiarity with **KSA’s regulatory frameworks** and industry standards is essential.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent command of **both Arabic and English**, enabling seamless communication with stakeholders, clients, and cross-cultural teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or specialized mechanical estimation tools), CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of **BIM (Building Information Modeling)** is a plus.
• Availability: Immediate availability or the ability to commence within **one month** of selection.
