Your expertise will be instrumental in defining performance benchmarks, reviewing engineering developments, and maintaining rigorous documentation to support critical milestones, including the Final Investment Decision (FID) and Project Close-Out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Engineering Leadership: Develop and oversee the comprehensive engineering plan for the project, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with technical specifications, quality standards, and project objectives.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, contractors, cost estimators, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project requirements.
• Technical Oversight: Conduct and coordinate project-specific design reviews, ensuring that all engineering outputs meet performance criteria and regulatory compliance.
• Risk Mitigation and Problem-Solving: Identify gaps in engineering requirements, conduct in-depth analysis, and propose actionable solutions to mitigate risks and ensure timely project progression.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Work closely with the QA/QC team to enforce rigorous quality control measures, resolve non-conformities, and ensure full compliance with project and industry standards.
• Procurement and Contracting Support: Assist in developing procurement strategies, evaluating technical bids, and negotiating contracts for high-value equipment and packages to optimize cost and performance.
• Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to departmental procedures and implement controls that align with legislative requirements while driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate technical reviews, both internally and externally, and serve as a bridge between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budget and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for engineering disciplines, ensuring financial transparency and resource optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:
