In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in shaping our merchant ecosystem by identifying, cultivating, and maintaining long-term relationships with brand owners and distributors across Saudi Arabia. Your strategic vision and execution skills will be instrumental in expanding our cooperative merchant database, ensuring seamless end-to-end collaboration, and driving measurable growth in revenue and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities, designed to accelerate our market presence and operational excellence:

• Merchant Resource Development & Expansion: Proactively identify and engage with high-potential non-beauty brand owners and distributors in Saudi Arabia. Build and nurture enduring partnerships that align with our business objectives, significantly broadening our merchant network and fostering sustainable growth.
• End-to-End Business Cooperation Execution: Take full ownership of the business development lifecycle—from initial requirement analysis and proposal development to negotiation, contract finalization, and post-signature coordination. Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of cooperation agreements and the achievement of predefined targets.
• Performance Optimization & Strategic Insights: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including the number of cooperative merchants and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV). Identify bottlenecks, leverage data-driven insights, and implement actionable strategies to optimize performance, exceed targets, and drive continuous improvement.
• Market Intelligence & Strategic Feedback: Stay ahead of local market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive dynamics within the non-beauty sector. Produce comprehensive analysis reports that inform our strategic decision-making and enable agile adjustments to market conditions and policy changes.

Qualifications & Experience

To thrive in this dynamic role, you will bring a blend of industry-specific expertise, linguistic proficiency, and a strategic mindset:

• Industry & Platform Expertise: A strong preference for candidates with existing local resources or established cooperative channels within Saudi Arabia’s non-beauty brand ecosystem. Prior experience in business development or operations within platforms such as Amazon or Noon is highly advantageous, given the sector’s relevance and scalability.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, as it will be the primary language of communication. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant asset, enabling deeper engagement with local stakeholders and enhancing your ability to navigate the market with cultural and linguistic finesse.
