Key Responsibilities

As the Product Manager (MD) – Insurance, your role will be pivotal in shaping the direction of our product offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting a Visionary Product Roadmap: Align product development with business objectives, customer-centric needs, and emerging market opportunities to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation.
• Collaborating Across Disciplines: Partner with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams—including engineering, data science, and design—to gather actionable insights, validate product concepts, and ensure seamless execution.
• Driving Feature Development: Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize, design, and refine features that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes while leveraging AI and data-driven approaches.
• Ensuring Compliance and Market Readiness: Stay ahead of regulatory landscapes, evolving insurance policies, and industry trends to guarantee our products are compliant, competitive, and future-proof.
• Optimizing Performance Through Data: Analyze product metrics, conduct user research, and iterate on features to continuously improve performance, relevance, and impact.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Medical Degree (MD or BDS) with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), claims management, or a related healthcare domain.
• Proven expertise in product management, ideally within a startup or SaaS environment, where agility and innovation are paramount.
• A deep understanding of healthcare insurance workflows, the claims lifecycle, and the complexities of payer-provider interactions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to navigate cross-functional collaborations effectively.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your insights drive both technological and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following will further enhance your impact:

• Experience working with AI-enabled or data science-driven healthcare products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
