Key Responsibilities:

• Scientific Leadership and Expertise: Develop and maintain a robust foundation of scientific knowledge in oncology, ensuring that all medical communications, presentations, and strategies are grounded in the latest clinical evidence and regulatory standards.
• Medical Engagement and Collaboration: Facilitate meaningful scientific exchanges with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and regulatory bodies to promote evidence-based treatment approaches and enhance formulary access for patients.
• Clinical Support and Training: Provide expert medical guidance to internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory departments, to ensure alignment with company objectives and global/local policies. Serve as a key medical resource for internal training programs, equipping colleagues with the latest oncology insights.
• Research and Study Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and completion of clinical research initiatives, including Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) and observational studies, adhering to strict guidelines and company SOPs.
• Conference and Knowledge Dissemination: Represent the company at relevant scientific conferences and meetings, summarizing key data, developing presentations, and contributing to symposiums to disseminate critical oncology advancements.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and industry partners to foster a collaborative environment that drives medical progress and patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Due to Saudization initiatives, this position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.
• Education: A medical degree (MD), PharmD, or equivalent life-science qualification is required, with a specialization or strong background in oncology.
• Experience: A minimum of **3 years** of experience in **Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry**, with a **mandatory focus on Oncology Medical Affairs**.
• Therapeutic Expertise: In-depth knowledge of oncology therapeutic areas, including familiarity with the Saudi healthcare landscape and its unique challenges.
