Your Role: Designing the Future of Armored Systems

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of armored vehicles and security equipment. • Concept to Execution: Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for armored vehicles and related security equipment, translating technical requirements into innovative and functional solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a detail-oriented and results-driven Mechanical Design Engineer with a proven track record in mechanical and product design, particularly within defense, automotive, or heavy equipment industries. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering world-class solutions that meet the rigorous demands of armored vehicle and security equipment development.

• Education and Foundational Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with advanced degrees or specialized certifications in mechanical design, finite element analysis (FEA), or structural engineering being highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD, with experience in creating detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings. Familiarity with simulation tools for stress analysis, vibration, and durability assessments is a significant asset.
• Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in designing mechanical components or systems for armored vehicles, heavy machinery, or defense applications. Experience with structural design, material selection, and compliance with military or international standards (e.g., MIL-STD, ISO) is essential.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, perform stress and tolerance analyses, and apply engineering principles to solve complex design challenges. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving are critical.
