Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Real Estate Operations & Payments Specialist to drive financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance within our real estate business. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our transactional workflows, ensuring seamless financial operations, precise commission calculations, and flawless payment execution. As the key liaison between Sales, Finance, Developers, and Product teams, you will bring clarity to complex processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency. The Impact You’ll Make

In this strategic position, you will:

• Own the operational P&L by ensuring all real estate transactions are meticulously recorded, reconciled, and reported with absolute precision, providing stakeholders with confidence in our financial health.
• Validate and process transactions with unwavering attention to detail, verifying that every deal adheres to operational, financial, and regulatory standards before proceeding.
• Calculate and verify financials with expertise, including agent commissions, company revenue, referral fees, and other payment components, ensuring accuracy at every stage of the transaction.
• Coordinate with developers to track payment milestones, resolve discrepancies, and guarantee timely collections, fostering strong relationships with external partners.
• Lead the commission payment cycle in collaboration with the Finance team, ensuring agents are compensated accurately and on schedule, reinforcing trust and satisfaction across our network.
• Drive AML compliance by implementing robust processes that align with both internal policies and regulatory requirements, safeguarding our operations against financial risks.
• Act as the operational hub for payment-related inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain impeccable data integrity, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and reporting for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Support system enhancements by advocating for operational improvements and technological upgrades that elevate our capabilities and adapt to the evolving needs of the market.
