Key Responsibilities:

While specific duties will be tailored to your expertise, your role will primarily involve:

• Developing and executing procurement strategies for civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and delivery schedules for materials, equipment, and services.
• Collaborating with the Estimation Department to refine procurement forecasts, mitigate risks, and enhance cost-effectiveness in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
• Overseeing the procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection and contract management to post-award performance monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in procurement.
• Leveraging your domain knowledge to provide expert guidance on material specifications, sourcing alternatives, and procurement innovations.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are seeking a **highly qualified Procurement Engineer** with the following credentials:

• A **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering** from an accredited institution, complemented by a robust background in procurement and construction.
• **6 to 9 years of hands-on experience** in procurement, with a strong focus on **EPC and contractor-focused environments**. Consultancy experience will not be considered for this role.
• Proven expertise in the **construction industry**, particularly within **EPC frameworks**, where you have successfully managed procurement for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• **Essential Saudi Arabia (KSA) work experience**, demonstrating your ability to navigate local market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and supplier networks.
• A **fluent command of English**, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Availability to commence your role **immediately or within one month**, reflecting your readiness to contribute to our ongoing projects.
