Operator – Ensuring Seamless Production and Quality Compliance

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated Operator to play a critical role in ensuring smooth production workflows, adherence to quality standards, and minimal downtime. In this dynamic position, you will oversee machine operations, validate critical documentation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and consistency.

As our Operator, your responsibilities will be pivotal in upholding the integrity of our production processes. You will begin each shift by meticulously verifying the availability and accuracy of all essential documents, including Job Function Templates (JFT) and Production Control Certificates (PCC), to ensure seamless start-ups and maintain production consistency. Your proactive approach will minimize disruptions, safeguarding both operational flow and product quality.

Operating machinery with precision and adherence to established Work Instructions, you will execute tasks with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability. When challenges arise, your troubleshooting expertise will be instrumental in resolving issues swiftly, while escalating complex problems to the appropriate support teams. By fostering a culture of efficiency, you will contribute directly to reducing downtime and optimizing productivity.

Quality assurance is at the heart of our operations, and your role includes a critical quality gatekeeping function. You will collect and relay startup samples for approval by the Production Section Head before submitting them for Quality Control (QC) inspection. This ensures that every production run meets the highest standards of quality, reflecting our commitment to excellence. Additionally, you will promptly report any quality defects to QC and the Production Section Head, enabling timely corrective actions to maintain consistency and compliance.

Collaboration and teamwork are key to success in this role. You will effectively delegate tasks to Helpers, ensuring a well-organized workflow and maintaining a clean, efficient, and 5S-compliant workspace.
