Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
• Assist in the implementation of IT security protocols and best practices to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges, contributing to process improvements and innovation.
• Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations to maintain comprehensive IT records.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending upgrades or enhancements where applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A strong foundation in IT principles, with hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with IT infrastructure tools, including helpdesk software, remote monitoring, and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
