In this full-time position based at our Shura Island location in Hanak, Saudi Arabia, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing and delivering laundry services with precision, ensuring that every item—from guest linens to hotel uniforms—is handled with care, professionalism, and a commitment to quality. You will work collaboratively with housekeeping and operational teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laundry Processing: Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and irons, to ensure all garments and linens are cleaned, pressed, and folded to perfection. Adhere to strict protocols for stain removal, fabric care, and quality control.
• Guest-Centric Service: Deliver laundry services with a focus on timeliness and discretion, ensuring guest requests are met with professionalism and a personal touch. Pay attention to detail to uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.
• Inventory and Organization: Manage laundry supplies, track inventory levels, and maintain a well-organized workspace to support smooth operations. Ensure that all equipment and materials are in optimal condition.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and operational teams to coordinate laundry services, address any issues promptly, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations to ensure a secure and compliant work environment. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.

This role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods, lifting and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds.
