As the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision of Qiddiya’s tenancy ecosystem by aligning design principles with business objectives. Your expertise will ensure that every space—from hospitality venues and retail outlets to entertainment hubs—reflects cutting-edge design while fostering seamless tenant partnerships. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop creative, functional, and future-proof designs that enhance guest satisfaction, operational workflows, and revenue potential.

In this dynamic environment, you will:

• Lead Tenancy Design Strategy: Develop and implement high-impact design strategies that align with Qiddiya’s brand vision and operational goals, ensuring each space is both aesthetically compelling and functionally optimized.
• Collaborate with Tenants and Stakeholders: Partner with a diverse range of tenants—from luxury hospitality brands to innovative retailers—to co-create tailored design solutions that meet their needs while enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Drive Innovation in Spatial Design: Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring emerging design technologies, sustainable materials, and adaptive layouts to future-proof Qiddiya’s tenancy spaces.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining a focus on efficiency and scalability.
• Foster Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and business development teams to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
• Monitor Industry Standards and Best Practices: Continuously evaluate and integrate best practices in tenancy design to ensure Qiddiya remains at the forefront of hospitality and entertainment innovation.

• Deep knowledge of spatial planning, interior design principles, and tenant engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A forward-thinking mindset with a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and guest-centric design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools, along with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
