You will lead critical investment, fund, and real estate transaction workstreams across Saudi Arabia, driving value from inception to closing—including business case development, financial underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation support, and documentation execution.

As the key decision-maker for priority opportunities, you will own the financial modeling, valuation, and transaction economics while collaborating closely with fund managers, developers, investors, lenders, and external advisors. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders, refine commercial strategies, and streamline due diligence processes. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, elevate modeling standards, and establish robust governance frameworks to strengthen the investment function’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-value investment, fund, joint venture (JV), special purpose vehicle (SPV), and real estate transactions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Conduct rigorous financial underwriting, valuation analysis, and transaction economics to identify and capitalize on lucrative opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fund managers, developers, investors, lenders, and advisors, to refine deal structures and negotiation strategies.
• Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring thorough risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best-practice adoption.
• Develop and implement standardized modeling frameworks and governance protocols to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• **8+ years of proven experience** in investment banking, private markets, asset management, or real estate investing, with a strong track record of successful deal execution.
• **Advanced educational background** in Accounting, Finance, Investment, or a related discipline, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree.
• **CFA Charter or completion of CFA Level III** as a mandatory requirement, demonstrating expertise in investment analysis and portfolio management.
• **Direct experience in Saudi Arabia**, with hands-on involvement in live transactions, fund management, and real estate investments—critical for navigating local market dynamics and regulatory environments.
• **Saudi Nationality** required to meet quota obligations.
