Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud adoption strategies that support business objectives while maintaining security and compliance.
• System Integration and Performance Optimization: Conduct in-depth assessments of existing system architectures to identify opportunities for performance enhancement, reliability improvements, and cost reductions. Implement high-availability solutions, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity. Optimize infrastructure for scalability, ensuring it can adapt to growing demands without compromising performance.
• Security and Compliance: Design and implement security frameworks that integrate seamlessly into our infrastructure, protecting sensitive data and ensuring regulatory compliance. Work closely with security teams to enforce access controls, data protection measures, and industry-specific compliance requirements. Stay ahead of emerging threats and proactively recommend security enhancements to fortify our infrastructure.
• Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for IT infrastructure and cloud architecture, providing expert guidance and recommendations to executive leadership. Present complex architectural plans and strategic initiatives in clear, compelling terms to stakeholders at all levels. Mentor and coach IT team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, system configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure knowledge retention and ease of onboarding. Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to the table. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not mandatory for highly qualified candidates.
• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure and systems architecture. 3+ years of specialized experience in cloud architecture, with proficiency in leading-edge platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of networking principles, storage solutions, virtualization technologies, and containerization frameworks. Familiarity with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar platforms to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is highly advantageous.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect. While not mandatory, these credentials demonstrate a commitment to staying current with industry standards and best practices.
