Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers, to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to monitor network performance, diagnose issues proactively, and implement solutions to ensure seamless connectivity for all users and departments.

Qualifications and Experience
