Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Network Architecture: Design, deploy, and oversee advanced network solutions that align with enterprise needs, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience across multiple locations.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical network hardware—including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers—to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
• Performance & Security: Monitor network health in real-time, proactively identify vulnerabilities, and implement robust security protocols to safeguard against cyber threats while ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations.
• Technical Leadership: Document best practices, technical specifications, and operational procedures to standardize processes and empower cross-functional teams with actionable insights.
• 24/7 Support & Incident Response: Provide round-the-clock technical assistance to internal teams and end-users, resolving complex issues with precision and urgency—especially during peak operational periods.
• Field Deployment: Conduct on-site visits to our Makkah branch to deliver hands-on technical support, system upgrades, and infrastructure assessments, ensuring seamless connectivity across all locations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, finance, and operational teams to align network strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a **Senior Network Engineer** with:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration, design, and troubleshooting, with a proven track record in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical proficiency in TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and network security frameworks (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
• Expertise in Cisco technologies (preferably with CCNA or CCNP certification) and familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a significant advantage.
• Problem-solving acumen to diagnose and resolve complex network issues under tight deadlines, with a focus on minimizing disruptions.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+) or related domains are highly valued.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical complexities for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
