Key Responsibilities

Your role demands a blend of precision, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive Cleaning Execution: Perform deep cleaning, daily maintenance, and specialized tasks to ensure all areas of the hotel—from guest rooms to high-traffic public spaces—meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Guest-Centric Service: Anticipate and address guest needs with a proactive, attentive approach, ensuring their stay is both comfortable and memorable.
• Supply Management: Organize, stock, and distribute cleaning supplies and amenities efficiently to support seamless operations across the property.
• Adherence to Standards: Uphold Marriott International’s rigorous quality protocols, including uniform standards, professional conduct, and confidentiality policies.
• Physical Demands: This role requires sustained mobility, including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) independently. Physical stamina and attention to detail are essential.
