Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Oracle Fusion development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, including application enhancements, integrations, customizations, and production support, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and development strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud, fostering consistency and scalability across the enterprise.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from solution design and development to rigorous testing, deployment, and post-production support, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
• Manage Oracle Fusion releases, patches, and upgrades with meticulous planning, impact assessments, and risk mitigation to maintain system stability and performance.
• Enforce compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, audit requirements, and banking regulations, mitigating risks and ensuring operational integrity.
• Review and approve technical designs, integrations, and customizations, guaranteeing alignment with business goals and technical excellence.
• Partner with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
• Monitor system performance and application availability, proactively resolving production issues and optimizing service levels to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Drive innovation by adopting Oracle Fusion best practices and emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, and cloud-native solutions, to future-proof SNB’s digital infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in enterprise application development and leadership. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development, implementation, and support, with a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role, successfully overseeing application development teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven expertise in delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions within large-scale enterprises, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, where regulatory compliance and system reliability are paramount.

Technical Proficiency

Your technical acumen will be instrumental in this role. We seek expertise in:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and application development frameworks, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Fusion integration technologies to facilitate seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder (VB/VBCS), BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and FBDI to customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications tailored to business needs.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion extensibility, security models, and application configuration to ensure robust and compliant solutions.
• Experience with Java and PL/SQL is highly desirable, along with familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and source code management for streamlined development workflows.
