We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team as an Outside Sales Engineer, responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence across the Eastern Province and beyond. This full-time, field-focused role offers the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the success of a dynamic industrial solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our sales team, you will:

• Actively identify and develop new customers within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, Heavy Equipment, Steel, and Manufacturing sectors, expanding our market footprint.
• Conduct regular field visits to industrial sites, factories, workshops, and project locations to assess customer needs, present solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Generate high-quality sales inquiries and achieve assigned targets by promoting our full range of hydraulic components, industrial hoses, fittings, quick couplings, valves, and specialized services, including hydraulic cylinder and pump repairs, machining, fabrication, and on-site technical support.
• Collaborate closely with our technical and workshop teams to provide customized, application-specific solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless order closure from inquiry to delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, and collections to maintain high standards of service excellence.
• Leverage our CRM/ERP systems to track customer visits, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position Al Kaabi Industrial Services Co. as the preferred partner in the industrial sector.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy sales professional with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in hydraulics, hydraulic components, industrial equipment, or a closely related field, with a strong preference for outside/field sales and new business development.
• A deep technical understanding of hydraulic systems, industrial products, and their applications in high-demand sectors.
• Proven experience in sales within the Saudi Arabian industrial market, particularly in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, or Heavy Equipment, is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• The ability to independently identify prospects, conduct customer visits, and develop new accounts with strategic insight.
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems to manage sales processes efficiently.
• A strong command of English (Arabic is a plus) and a valid Saudi driving license to facilitate regular fieldwork.
• A willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customer engagements and business development.
