We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dermatology Sr. Registrar to play a pivotal role in delivering specialized dermatological services under the guidance of our esteemed Dermatology Chairman and Medical Director. Key Responsibilities

As a Dermatology Sr. Registrar at My Clinic, your responsibilities will be both challenging and rewarding, encompassing a wide range of clinical, educational, and administrative duties. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of patient care while contributing to the growth and development of our dermatology department. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering Exceptional Patient Care: Provide specialized, compassionate, and evidence-based dermatological care to patients, addressing a diverse range of skin conditions with precision and expertise.
• Collaborative Team Approach: Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and shared responsibility.
• Consultation and Expertise: Offer high-level consultation services in alignment with approved clinical privileges, leveraging your deep knowledge and experience to guide both patients and colleagues.
• Educational Leadership: Actively participate in and contribute to departmental and divisional educational programs, ensuring continuous professional development and knowledge dissemination within the team.
• Mentorship and Supervision: Coach, mentor, and supervise staff physicians and assistant consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring they meet the highest standards of clinical practice in dermatology subspecialties.
• Clinical Program Development: Lead the development of subspecialty clinical programs and Departmental Practice Protocols (DPPs) as directed, driving innovation and improving patient outcomes.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Collaborate in the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that our care standards align with the rigorous requirements of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the College of Board and Accreditation for Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
• Cross-Departmental Engagement: Assume responsibility in other divisions within the dermatology department as needed, demonstrating versatility and a commitment to the overall success of our healthcare services.
• Committee Participation: Serve on key medical staff committees, contributing your expertise to strategic decision-making processes and policy development under the guidance of the Departmental Head and Medical Director.
• Adherence to Policies: Uphold and ensure compliance with My Clinic’s rules, policies, and procedures, maintaining the integrity and professionalism of our healthcare environment.
• Professional Accountability: Take full responsibility for the care of assigned patients, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.
• Additional Duties: Perform other professional and medical duties as assigned by the department head, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the broader goals of My Clinic.

Professional Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will bring a robust blend of academic excellence, clinical experience, and a commitment to continuous learning. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Advanced Education: Hold a degree from a recognized medical school and possess a valid medical license. Ensure you have completed a formal residency program in dermatology, complemented by additional subspecialty training relevant to your area of expertise.
• Extensive Clinical Experience: Demonstrate at least five years of post-MD experience, with a minimum of one year of practice following subspecialty certification. Your background should reflect a deep commitment to dermatological care and a track record of delivering outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Licensing and Certifications: Obtain and maintain a valid SCFHS license in dermatology and its subspecialties. Ensure you hold current certifications in Basic Life Support (BCLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) as applicable to your practice.
