As a Field Service Engineer specializing in MEAT & CIS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and driving operational excellence.

In this strategic role, you will:

• Resolve complex customer challenges with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless operation of advanced microscopy systems and related equipment through advanced installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with MEAT & CIS channel partners, providing expert guidance on training, installations, and repairs while mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices in high-stakes scenarios.
• Drive business growth through service revenue generation, supporting implementation and readiness plans by developing project plans, creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and executing actionable strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Act as a change agent, identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring standardized workflows are sustained and effective across remote and cross-cultural teams.
• Leverage Danaher’s Business System, a framework designed to foster innovation and operational excellence, to turn ideas into impact at the speed of life.

This role is based in Saudi Arabia with a remote-first approach, requiring up to 70% travel to support our global customer base and partners. Your ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and build relationships across diverse teams will be instrumental in your success.

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with:

• Advanced technical expertise in repairing, calibrating, maintaining, and upgrading microscopy systems, with proficiency in multiple product groups and deep specialization in at least two complex products.
• Proven experience in training and coaching, enabling teams to achieve operational excellence and resolve technical challenges independently.
• Strong networking and communication skills, allowing you to influence decisions and collaborate seamlessly across functions and hierarchical levels.
• A track record of driving standardization and continuous improvement, simplifying processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Experience in matrix organizations, with a proven ability to build relationships remotely and navigate cross-cultural dynamics.
